A dual-occupancy development in the heart of Mount Waverley, adjacent to Valley Reserve and surrounded by a number of large gum trees both on and off the site.

Ground floor master bedrooms with ensuite and walk-in-robe, with open plan living areas leading on to external covered deck areas.  Additional bedrooms at first floor level.  The interesting thing was that many of the windows have framed views of the native gum trees surrounding the site … that’s the benefit of retaining trees!
